The Washroom Company delivers throughout South Africa and selected neighbouring African countries.

Additional African destinations can be quoted upon request.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours:
Orders received before 12:00 may be dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order weight and dimensions
- Courier selected
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
For bulk orders, pallets, or special deliveries, a custom freight quotation may be provided.
Free Delivery

Cross-Border Deliveries
